potential users) of the Denison Organizational Culture
Survey and Denison Leadership Development Survey unparalleled
assistance in the use of the survey. Whether you have
been conducting surveys all your life, or this is the
first time, we can help you from the initial discussions
of applicability, through ordering, distribution and
collection logistics, to the analysis of the final results.
The primary resource for this support is the AVIAT
Scoring Center. The center handles the ordering and
processing of the surveys, but is also there to answer
any of your questions about the survey, how to use it,
and what to do with the results. When you contact the
center, you will be dealing with an experienced organizational
development consultant (not a survey salesperson) who
can answer your questions and help you develop a plan
that will maximize the impact of the survey.
