Denison Leadership Development Survey:
After completing the Denison Organizational Culture
Survey, several of our clients requested an instrument
that could be used to provide feedback on how an individual's
specific management practices can impact bottom-line
organizational performance. Aviat partnered with Dr.
Denison to develop the Denison Leadership Development
Survey to help managers and leaders understand
their role in creating a high-performance culture.
The Denison Leadership Development Survey measures
and compares specific aspects of an individual manager's
leadership skills and practices to other higher and
lower-performing leaders. It compares an individual
manager's self-perception with that of his/her co-workers
using confidential 360° feedback. The survey and Summary
Report are written in easily understood business terms,
making it a powerful tool for leadership development.
The Denison Leadership Development Survey
helps managers and leaders:
- identify specific areas of individual strength
and weakness, and establish an action plan for individual
development
- learn how particular management skills and practices
impact leadership performance
- develop leadership skills necessary to adapt to
a changing environment
Denison Leadership Model:
The circular profile displays the four predictive culture
traits identified in Dr. Denison's research and links
three leadership skills to each. It provides a powerful
graphic representation of an individual's leadership
profile. Results are presented using the Denison Leadership
Model profile which displays scores in quartiles that
compare an individual's score with that of higher and
lower-performing leaders in Dr. Denison's research.
Third and fourth quartile scores are associated with
higher-performing leaders.
