How the Denison Leadership Development
Survey process works
Each participant receives one 96-item survey for Self-Assessment
and ten Description by Others surveys that must be distributed
and returned to the Aviat Scoring Center for tabulation.
Results are presented in a Summary Report which contains
color graphic profiles that compare a leadership self-profile
with that of direct reports, peers, and superiors. It
includes a line-item report summarizing scores on the
individual items, identifies ten key areas of strength
and weakness, and prescriptive guidelines for improvement.
Each individual also receives an Action-Planning Guide
for developing an improvement plan.
